Easy-Core™ manual chromatography column is a redesigned new generation column, specifically studied over the years of experience for better mobile phase flow by placing liquid distribution plates and composite mesh structure which makes Easy-Core™ columns stand out in chromatographic operations with less back pressure readings compared with traditional manual chromatography columns.
This liquid distribution plate facilitates movement of buffer in & out from the column with ease resulting lesser back pressure i.e. at least drop of 0.5-0.85 bar of back pressure.
