Features:
Fixed or Variable resin bed height:
Lab-Core™ columns comes with either fixed resin bed height and in combination with one- or two- adapters which facilitates packing for resin bed starting from 1 cm to 20/40/60/80/100/150 cm bed height combinations. Perfect fit for Lab-Trap ™- Lab-Scale - Pilot Scale:
Lab-Core™ Columns available in16 mm, 26 mm & 50 mm column inner diameters range with varying column lengths like 20/40/60/80/100/150 cm for starting any biosimilar projects to generation of clinical trials scale purified biosimilar molecules. Column Description
Lab-Core™ columns shown in figure no. 3, has parts mentioned from 1 to 7, The columns can be used in aqueous solutions and in most organic solvents commonly used in liquid chromatography of macromolecules, with the following exceptions: chlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone and other ketones, aliphatic esters, and phenol. Solutions containing more than 10% sodium hydroxide, 10% hydrochloric acid, other strong mineral acids, or 5% acetic acid should not be used. The jacket is made from acrylic plastic which brings more robustness and stability for chromatographic operations.

Lab-Trap™ Columns are widely used for high throughput screening for chromatographic purifications with various types of chromatography resins with volumes equal to 1 ml, 2ml & 5 ml.
Spare Parts & Accessories:
It is advisable to keep spares of nets, support screens, O-rings, and tubes on site at all times. O-rings and filters should be checked regularly for wear. Worn O-rings may not seal properly and overused filter nets can affect distribution. (Kindly be in touch with technical or sales person for more information)
